He also loved his "talking birthday card" and we have all heard it about 100 times...good thing it's cute! And our present was a big hit! We got him a magnetic fishing set and he's pretty pumped. Here's a little video we took in the morning.

More Birthday Fun
Jack had such a great birthday that I had to quick post one more thing. He'd been excited about this day for about 3 months and...minus the fear of the sparking birthday cake (see previous post) it was a great day. Oh and except for the fact that he broke out into tears when we tried to wake him up with what we thought was a gentle rendition of "Happy Birthday". It was nearly 8am and he's usually up long before that...so we thought he would have liked it. Oops. Ok so other than THAT I think he had a great birthday! He LOVED the new supply of Legos from grandma and Grandpa and has been building towers and houses and "bug trains" ever since.
