Introducing Lucy Elizabeth Pugh. Born March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) weighing in at a whopping 6 pounds 4 ounces (our biggest baby by far) of pure joy! There is something to be said for having your baby on St. Patrick's Day. While we were waiting for the pitocin to kick in I was beating Chad in Rook (that never happens)...very lucky. Just as the contractions became unbearable, the epidural kicked in...very lucky. I had the best delivery nurse (Thank you Eileen!!!!)...very very LUCKY! And we now have a beautiful, healthy, baby girl! How lucky...and BLESSED, are we? Like I said in the title, we are all pretty darn happy.
Mary is happy because look how cute her baby is (the picture doesn't capture her goodness but she has been the best baby). And Chad is on paternity leave for an entire month...ie naps for the momma!)

Chad is happy because Lucy came just in time for him to get off work and watch March Madness (the BYU game in particular. At least the Cougars won in the 1st round.
Marian is happy because she has a real live doll to love and to kiss! At times scenes from "Of Mice and Men" come to mind but we are doing our best to "protect"Lucy from Marian's un-yeilding affection.
Jack is happy because he had Grandma Shari as his personal play mate for an entire week and his newest play things (Grandma and Grandpa Pugh) are arriving in "three tomorrows"
We are so Lucky, Blessed, and Grateful for all of the miracles in our life right now.
